Shipping Policy
We currently only ship Nz wide, we use ARAMEX, and NZ Couriers as our shipping partners.
We have three flat-rate fees:
IMPORTANT: You must check your have entered the correct shipping address, if it is incorrect extra time will be added in processing end completing your order.
*Shipping delays may be expected during the Christmas period, in addition to pre-existing delays related to Covid
Orders placed with us will be packed and booked with our courier within 1 - 2 business days, however occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 3 days to ship.
You will receive a link when your order order has been processed with a tracking number, you can follow the status of your order here.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as we have booked your order with the courier.
*If you wish to have Signature Required, please place a note in the delivery instructions.
Rural and interisland deliveries take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 - 2 days to your order delivery time frame.
The couriers can often have delays, so once your order leaves our hands, we cannot control how fast the courier delivers it. We don’t often get any issues, but sometimes there many be a delay if the order is unable to be delivered for any reason, and you will need to contact the couriers directly.
Once a parcel is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility. In the event that a parcel is stolen/damaged AFTER delivery, AGLOW nz is not liable to replace the order.
